Tim Halperin

I recently had a friend post a comment on FaceBook about Tim Halperin.  I never heard of him and my friend always finds great singers, so I checked him out.  I listened to several of his songs from his album "Rise and Fall" and found myself liking every single one this guy has on this album. 

So I did some looking into him to get some more info on him.
