All My Days

Alexi Murdoch singing All My Days.  I found this song while watching the movie Real Steel.  I enjoy finding new music and artist this way. I also enjoyed some of the Rap songs that they had on this movie,but this song and it's lyrics certainly made my soul take in every word.

Queen of California

When I hear songs like this it reminds me of music I use to listen to back in the 70's. Does anyone else feel the same way?

a web of perfection no more

I lower my head and felt my heart sank when I saw what another co-worker did to this magnificent perfection.  During break a co-worker said I should go see the spider out back.  I grabbed my camera in joy and went out back.  My eyes came upon it, I saw it's beauty, it's perfection before me.

A spider,the size of a tarantula was sitting proudly in the middle of it's domain.

 I am no fan of spiders,but it is the beauty of the woven lines that this spider makes,I see the spiders

perfection. I close my eyes and realize how we are so small in something that is bigger than we will ever come to know.

 This spider and its web holds just as much beauty as this rose does.

My joy is fleeting at the site of this web of perfection

 because I see the destruction another co-worker has done. They decided to take a can of 3-M glue and sprayed the web and the spider.  My heart feels the pain at what they did. Does man know no limits to destruction of what is beautiful?

Here are my newest shiloettes I got to take last week,
while the blue moon was out and a song to go with it. I only got two nights to take photos since we got what was left over from Isaac.

Mumford and Sons:

This group is hitting the air ways and is listed as bluegrass/folk rock band.

Their music has reached main stream radio, which is great!! It also looks like their concerts are mostly sold out...  

This video has me thinking about why they did it this way.   Just like in any relationship, we are always looking what is ahead of us and this video the whole time you can only see what is right in front of them, at that moment in time they are passing it.   It's scary to see just the road right in front of you and not know what is ahead of you(it has your heart racing not knowing) but at the same time it makes you really see what is right in front of you.
